Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Order cancellations and modifications are permitted within 6 hours of purchase. However, as we process orders quickly to ensure efficient deliveries, this 6-hour window is not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, regardless of condition. For all other eligible items, we offer store credit in place of monetary refunds, which can be applied toward future purchases on our site.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns, as these are tailored to your specifications.

To initiate a return, please contact us at infeudo.help@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Store credit is issued within 14 business days from the date we receive and verify your returned item.

We do not issue store credit for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal wear or misuse. We also cannot process returns for orders affected by factors within your control, such as incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@pundules.com with a clear photo of the damage so we can assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you.

For items confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival, we will reimburse return shipping costs. To claim reimbursement, please retain your return shipping receipt and send it to support@pundules.com along with your order number. Reimbursement will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item and receipt have been received and verified.

We do not replace items damaged through normal use or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. For delivery-related issues, please contact the courier directly.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain transaction integrity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor for unusual activity. We may request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer accordingly.
